The DGM – Process Excellence & Digital Integration SME will be part of the Lithium-Ion Cell Manufacturing Launch Integration Team, responsible for driving process excellence from equipment design through commissioning and ramp-up. The role will focus on built-in quality, yield improvement, OEE enhancement, and data-driven digital integration across manufacturing systems.

• Encourage close teamwork between all functions (Engineering, PMO, Commercial, Quality Management & Operation team) 

• Must have 15 plus years of experience in mass production lines with high end automation. 

• Must be Six-Sigma Certified Black Belt. 

• Deep knowledge of process validation lifecycle (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ) and feedback integration into improvement projects
