Purpose of the Role
This role sits at the intersection of finance, data, and technology—owning how financial performance is visualized, consumed, and acted upon by the CFO and Executive Committee. The mandate is to build world-class dashboards and automated data flows that move the organization from manual reporting to real-time, insight-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Design and build CXO-grade dashboards — create intuitive, decision-focused views of financial and operational performance for CXOs. Design dashboards that allow leadership to move from summary to root-cause in seconds.
- Own end-to-end data flows (ETL) — build reliable pipelines that transform raw data into clean, usable reporting layers
- Translate finance requirements into data models — work closely with MIS / FP&A to convert business questions into scalable dashboards
- Automate monthly reporting — replace manual processes with structured, repeatable Power BI workflows
- Ensure single source of truth — build and maintain consistent data definitions, hierarchies, and logic across dashboards
- Continuously improve usability and design — ensure dashboards are not just correct, but intuitive, clean, and actively used by leadership
