Job Summary
We are seeking a techno-functional specialist to lead and support our Integrated Planning and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems and operations. This role is responsible for coordinating between business and IT COE for right Integrated Planning, MRP Process & Supplier collaboration setup in our S&OP & ERP platform, ensuring accurate material planning, seamless production scheduling, and efficient inventory management.
Key Responsibility Areas
•Oversee the S&OP & MRP Operation Process including Planning, Supply schedule and material coverage process.
•Co-ordinate Translate business requirements into functional specifications for system enhancements and workflows.
•Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and production teams to align system capabilities with operational needs.
•Co-ordinate system testing, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) during implementations.
•Monitor S&OP & MRP runs and resolve exceptions related to material shortages, lead times, and demand fluctuations due to systems bugs.
•Perform root cause analysis on planning discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
•Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and training materials.
•Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective use of MRP tools.
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and system performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 12–18 years of experience in MRP operations and ERP system management.
- Strong understanding of BOMs, routings, lead times, and production planning & material ordering principles
- Hands-on experience with S&OP & ERP platforms such as SAP S4 HANA Cloud & Business network supply chain collaboration.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
