Key Responsibility Areas
- Own the Order-to-Cash (O2C) workstream for SAP projects, enhancements, and change requests.
- Lead SAP SD functional design, configuration, testing, and solution delivery.
- Manage end-to-end O2C processes including order management, pricing, credit management, delivery, shipment, billing, and returns.
- Design and implement SAP SD solutions integrated with MM, Logistics Execution (LE), Warehousing, and FI (Accounts Receivable).
- Ensure seamless integration across upstream and downstream modules with strong cross-functional process understanding.
- Drive timely delivery of business-aligned solutions and support continuous process improvements.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, business partners, and external stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, GST, audit requirements, and industry best practices.
- Provide functional expertise, issue resolution, and support for SAP SD-related initiatives and enhancements.
Qualification
- 8–12 years of experience in SAP SD with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Hands-on experience in Pricing, Credit Management, ATP, Delivery Processing, PGI, and Billing.
- Strong integration knowledge of SAP SD with MM and Logistics Execution (LE).
- Good understanding of Tax Determination, GST, E-Invoicing, and TCS/TDS processes.
- Experience in IDoc/EDI monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
