Purpose of the Role

The Finance Business Partner (Corporate) will act as a senior strategic advisor to the corporate leadership, enabling enterprise‑level decision‑making through financial insight, structured thinking, and strong stakeholder influence.
This role goes beyond execution and reporting and requires ownership of corporate financial performance, governance, and strategic decision support across functions in a manufacturing‑driven environment.
The incumbent must demonstrate leadership maturity, commercial acumen, and executive presence, with the ability to challenge, influence, and partner with senior leaders.

Key Responsibility Areas

Corporate Business Partnering

  • Act as a strategic finance partner to the CFO Office and senior leadership.
  • Partner with multiple corporate and business functions to support enterprise decision‑making.
  • Challenge assumptions and influence outcomes through data‑backed insights.

Enterprise FP&A & Performance Management

  • Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long‑range planning at a corporate level.
  • Drive enterprise performance reviews, variance analysis, and risk/opportunity assessment.
  • Ensure alignment between strategy, resource allocation, and financial outcomes.

Strategic & Investment Support

  • Support evaluation of large capex programs, strategic initiatives, and transformation projects.
  • Drive business case development, ROI analysis, and scenario modelling.
  • Enable disciplined capital allocation and prioritization decisions.

Governance & Leadership Reporting

  • Strengthen financial governance and decision discipline across the enterprise.
  • Prepare and present leadership reviews, ExCo inputs, and decision packs.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear business narratives and recommendations.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Must‑Have

  • CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute.
  • 16+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance / FP&A / Business Partnering roles.
  • Strong experience working with CFO Office and senior leadership teams.

Proven expertise in:

  • Enterprise budgeting & forecasting
  • Financial modelling & scenario analysis
  • Performance management & governance
  • Background in manufacturing / automotive / industrial / engineering organizations.
  • Strong executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate at enterprise scale and influence without authority.

Good to Have

  • Experience in high‑growth or transformation environments.
  • Exposure to capital‑intensive businesses.
  • SAP S/4HANA and Power BI exposure.

Role Specific Qualifications/Certifications

  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen. 
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and scale-up environments.
  • Ability to translate complex technology and financial data into leadership decisions.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation or ERP programs is a strong plus.
