Purpose of the Role
The Equipment Engineer is responsible for ensuring the readiness, reliability, and performance of all equipment across the Prototype Line and laboratory areas. The role emphasizes equipment capability, capacity planning, commissioning, and continuous improvement within dry-room and controlled environments.
Key Responsibility Areas

Monitor uptime, cycle time, utilization, and critical equipment KPIs.

Conduct layout checks, function verification, and system-level readiness before production release.

Work with suppliers for equipment procurement, spare parts, and technical support.

Drive upgrades involving safety improvements, quality enhancement, or process efficiency.
