Purpose of the Role

As a Global Head of Organization & Talent Development you will be leading the strategic direction and execution of our global people development agenda. This role will oversee and integrate efforts across Organizational Development, Talent Management, Culture Transformation, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), and Learning & Development (L&D) for our diverse global workforce, including manufacturing plants, corporate functions, and R&D teams.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in building high-impact talent strategies, fostering inclusive culture, and scaling development programs that drive engagement, innovation, and performance across geographies and functions.

Key Responsibilities

Organizational and Talent Development:
- Design and lead the global talent strategy aligned with business priorities and future capability needs.
- Drive talent assessment, succession planning, and leadership development programs at all levels.
- Partner with HRBPs and senior leadership to develop high-potential talent and ensure robust pipelines for critical roles.
- Lead organization design and change management efforts to support business transformations.

Learning & Development:
- Lead the design and delivery of scalable L&D programs tailored to functional needs across manufacturing, corporate, and R&D environments.
- Work closely with plant HR and functional heads to design customized training modules for shop-floor workforce.
- Introduce innovative and digital learning solutions that enhance employee capabilities and career growth.
- Build Agratas University for functional academies or centers of excellence where appropriate to support technical and leadership learning.
- Partner with external training partners, vendors, and institutes to bring in best-in-class practices and innovations in learning.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CHRO and executive team on talent and organization development.
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Operations, R&D, and Business Leaders to align people strategies with business outcomes.

Performance Management:
- Establish and maintain performance management processes that align with company goals and values.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance reviews, feedback, and goal setting.
- Develop and implement recognition and reward programs to motivate and retain top performers.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): 
- Champion DEI initiatives, create a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. Ensure that all employees have equal opportunities for growth and advancement.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

 Essential:

  • Must have 15 – 18 years of experience, with at least 5 – 8 years of experience in Talent Management with a reputed organisation.
  • Experience of working in a manufacturing organisation will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of talent strategy, performance management, learning and development, and succession planning.

  • Proven track record in implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and talent management software.

Role Specific Qualifications/Certifications

Masters in Human Resources or equivalent from a reputed University
