What you'll do...

Lead the automation strategy for a highly automated manufacturing facility, driving excellence across PLCs, SCADA, robotics, vision systems, industrial networks and digital manufacturing platforms. You'll lead the Automation & Controls team, oversee major automation projects, establish technical standards, and ensure automation systems are safe, reliable and scalable. You'll also champion the use of data, AI and digital technologies to improve operational performance, reliability and productivity.

The team you'll join...

You'll join a growing Maintenance Engineering function and lead a team of Automation & Controls specialists, working closely with Operations, Projects, Reliability and external technology partners. This is a highly visible role with significant influence on the future technology roadmap of the site.

What you'll bring...

You'll bring proven leadership experience within FMCG, automotive, battery manufacturing or other highly automated environments, alongside strong expertise in PLCs, control systems, robotics, SCADA and industrial automation. You'll be passionate about developing people, driving innovation and using technology and data to deliver world-class manufacturing performance.
