What you'll do...

As the Contracts Manager, you will be leading the delivery of facilities management contract  services across  the Bridgwater site. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing service contracts across the Bridgwater site and driving continuous improvement initiatives.  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, ensuring clear communication, high engagement, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead regular contractor meetings, including performance reviews and technical updates, to ensure alignment on KPIs, compliance, Service level agreements and improvement plans.
• Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) across the department
• Manage contract budgets, control costs, and ensure delivery is achieved in line with commercial objectives.
• Write Request for Quotation (RFQ’s) and  , Request for Information(RFI’s)
• Support bid development, contract renewals, and service re-design by providing technical input and planning expertise.
• Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence across all service areas.

What you'll bring...

• Experience in contracts or operations management role within the Facilities Management (FM) sector.
• Strong technical understanding of building services and maintenance operations.
• Excellent client-facing and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage and control budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of relevant compliance standards and health & safety legislation.
