What you'll do...

Lead the engineering and maintenance strategy for a highly automated battery manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient operations. You'll be responsible for asset reliability, maintenance performance, commissioning readiness and continuous improvement, using modern approaches such as Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) and AI-enabled maintenance strategies. You'll also lead engineering support for new equipment installation, commissioning and operational readiness, working closely with OEMs and project teams

The team you'll join...

You'll join a growing Maintenance Engineering function during an exciting phase of industrialisation and growth. Leading a multidisciplinary engineering team, you'll work closely with Operations, Projects, Reliability, OEMs and senior stakeholders to build world-class engineering capability and establish the systems, standards and culture that will support long-term manufacturing success

What you'll bring...

You'll bring proven engineering leadership experience from FMCG, battery manufacturing, automotive or other high-speed automated environments. You'll have a strong track record of improving reliability, developing high-performing teams and delivering maintenance strategies that maximise performance and minimise downtime. Experience with TPM, RCM, predictive maintenance technologies, CMMS platforms and major capital projects will be highly advantageous
