What you'll do...
In this role, you’ll work directly with senior leaders to understand their strategic priorities and turn them into practical, people‑focused solutions. You’ll provide guidance across organisational design, performance, talent, engagement, and workforce planning, while supporting managers to build capability and lead effectively.
You’ll be involved in driving change and helping teams navigate periods of scale up and capability building, using data and insight to spot trends and shape proactive interventions. Collaboration will be key as you work with specialist teams across Talent, Reward, Learning and Development, and Talent Aquisition to deliver a seamless and high‑quality employee experience.
The role may natuarally evolve as the comapny scales up, but above all, you’ll help embed the culture, values, and behaviours that make Agratas a unique and exciting place to work.
The team you'll join...
You’ll become part of our Operational HR team — a collaborative, hands‑on group at the heart of our people agenda. This team partners closely with leaders across the business, providing practical support, strategic guidance, and a consistent employee experience as we continue to scale
What you'll bring...
You’ll have solid HR Business Partnering experience and a strong grasp of core HR practices, ideally gained in a fast‑moving environment such as FMCG or maufacturing. You’ll be confident building trusted relationships, influencing senior stakeholders, and coaching managers through complex people matters.
A solutions‑focused mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to use data to inform decisions are essential. Experience supporting organisations through growth or transformation will be a real advantage. A CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) is helpful but not essential—what matters most is your ability to collaborate, think proactively, and deliver a great people experience.
What you'll get...
As a new company, our reward scheme is constantly evolving. We continue to review the market to deliver a competitive benefits package, which currently includes private healthcare, car allowance, company bonus, enhanced parental leave policy and a cash allowance to boost your benefits. We are a flexible business that is committed to promoting work-life balance, partnering with Yulife to provide our team members with total wellbeing support.
You’ll work in a rapidly scaling-up environment as a subsidiary of the multinational corporation, Tata Sons, to help build the UK’s biggest battery manufacturing facility and make your mark in a new organisation.
