Facility:  1682
Description:

What you'll do...

As our L&D Systems Administrator, you’ll take ownership of our Learning Management System and wider digital learning ecosystem for global operations, ensuring it is intuitive, automated, compliant, and ready to scale with our growing organisation at plant level. You’ll act as the super user and subject matter expert for all learning technologies, shaping how digital learning is delivered, consumed, and measured.

You will manage system configuration, governance, data integrity, and access models to keep our learning environment robust and audit‑ready. You’ll design smart workflows, automate processes, and streamline enrolments, certifications, and re‑certification pathways so learners have a seamless experience. You’ll also partner closely with HR, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), Quality, Operational Training, and IT to maintain integrations and ensure training records flow accurately across systems.

A big part of your role will be enabling data‑driven decision making — building dashboards, reporting trends, and translating learning data into meaningful insights for stakeholders and senior leaders. You’ll continually look for opportunities to improve the user experience, system usability, and digital L&D capability across the business.

You will be part of the global team, so some occassional international travel will be required.

The team you'll join...

You’ll be part of a forward‑thinking Learning & Development team committed to building a digital‑first learning culture. The team supports both manufacturing and corporate functions, ensuring colleagues receive the training, compliance, and development they need to thrive. You’ll work closely with the Head of L&D and collaborate with HR, IT, EHS, and operational teams to ensure all learning systems remain aligned, efficient, and future‑ready.

This is a team that values continuous improvement, innovation, and the smart use of technology, you will be at the heart of that evolution.

What you'll bring...

You’ll bring significant hands‑on experience administering an enterprise LMS — ideally SAP SuccessFactors or a similar platform, you will bring a passion for creating high‑quality, digital learning experiences. You understand the architecture of learning systems, the importance of clean data, and the role technology plays in ensuring compliance and competency across a regulated environment.

You’ll have a strong eye for detail, the confidence to act as the escalation point for technical and functional issues, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical colleagues. Experience working with system integrations, data governance, and audit requirements will be key. Above all, you’ll bring a mindset that values data, automation, digital first, and continuous improvement.

Use of platforms such as smart sheets, dashboard building and automated flows is key.

What you’ll get…

As a new company, our reward scheme is constantly evolving. You’ll work in a rapidly scaling-up environment as a subsidiary of the multinational corporation, Tata Sons, to help build the UK’s biggest battery manufacturing facility and make your mark in a new organisation.
