Agratas is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons. We design, develop and manufacture high-quality, high-performance, sustainable batteries for the mobility and energy sectors.
We are a scale-up business with a start-up mentality and the backing of a well-established parent company. The UK business headquarters is in the Midlands and we are currently building a battery manufacturing facility in Somerset and looking to compliment, scale and grow our R&D facilities in Abingdon and Coventry with the brightest minds from within the battery and EV sector.

Collaborating with our technical partners, we are industrialising best-in-class high energy density and long-lasting battery cells. Purpose of the Role
As a change controller, you will be responsible for all day to day change management operational activities. You will assist all users of the change management process to follow the process correctly and apply the necessary tools. You will identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help deploy upgrades and enhancements.
This is a hybrid role based at our Coventry office on the University of Warwick campus.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Single point of contact for triaging new change requests, including running weekly meetings to resolve any challenges directly with change requestors and project teams.
- Ensure overall progression of business-wide change requests through the system.
- Develop and deploy training materials and programmes to support business wide adoption.
- Own and manage supporting documentation for the process, e.g. change management checklists.
- Monitor the performance of the change management process for Agratas and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Stand in as deputy for the change management lead whenever necessary.
- Develop and maintain reporting platform and maintain weekly project reporting dashboard.
- Support in the development of the end to end IT business solution for change management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in change management in automotive or other similar industry.
- Experience in development and deployment of processes.
- Proficient in Data Analytics (Power BI or other tools).
- Ideally certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Holds a degree in an Engineering or Quality-related discipline.
