Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of UK Finance, the Finance Business Partner - Supply Chain & Procurement will provide end‑to‑end finance support to UK Supply Chain, Direct Procurement and associated functions. The role will act as a trusted partner to operational and functional leads, supporting cost control, budgeting, forecasting and governance across both operating expenditure and supply‑chain‑driven capital activity.
A core accountability of the role is to lead and drive the Finance workstream for the SAP S/4HANA Phase 2 roll‑out across Supply Chain and Procurement. This includes ownership of cost structures, material management set‑up, and ensuring that end‑to‑end processes are robust, scalable and aligned to business and governance requirements.
The role will work closely with procurement, logistics, engineering, project delivery teams and the central systems organisation, ensuring financial discipline, transparency and high‑quality data as the business moves through scale‑up and execution. Operating in a fast‑paced project environment with strong global interfaces, the role requires a proactive, commercial finance professional who is comfortable balancing strategic business partnering with hands‑on system and process leadership.
This role can be based in either our Bridgwater or Coventry office and operates on a hybrid working model.
