The Opportunity
Agratas is building the next generation of sustainable battery technologies, and we’re looking for an LFP Product Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you’ll support the development and industrialisation of our lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cell portfolio, helping to deliver high‑performance products into key programme gateways.
You’ll collaborate closely with senior engineers and cross‑functional teams across validation, pack integration, and business development. Key Responsibility Areas
• Support technical activities related to Agratas’ LFP products, with a focus on passenger vehicle applications.
• Assist in preparing engineering documentation required for programme gateways.
• Work with validation and test operations teams to execute test plans and validation strategies.
• Contribute to benchmarking activities, comparing Agratas products with market competitors to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with pack integration and business development teams to ensure product requirements are fully understood and met.
Job Context
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Essential
• Foundational understanding of LFP battery technology and its applications.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical data and present insights in customer‑facing settings.
• Exposure to battery cell validation, integration, or product development through academic projects or early career experience.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging across technical and commercial domains.
Desired
• Experience in a technical role within a battery manufacturer or related industry.
• Familiarity with analysis of commercial LFP cells.
• Understanding of PLM systems and engineering documentation processes.
Qualifications
• Degree in Engineering or a related Science discipline.
Team Collaboration
• Demonstrates initiative and ownership of assigned tasks.
• Works effectively and collaboratively in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment.
