What you'll do...
We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Program Manager to lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects within our manufacturing IT ecosystem. This role will focus on the end-to-end delivery of integrated systems, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Manufacturing Operations Magement (MOM), and supporting IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure seamless integration and alignment of these systems with our business objectives, driving operational efficiency and innovation across engineering, manufacturing, R&D, and supply chain functions.

Agratas is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons. We will design, develop and manufacture high-quality, high-performance, sustainable batteries for the mobility and energy sectors. We are a scale- up business with a start-up mentality and the backing of a well-established parent company. The UK business headquarters is in the Midlands and we are currently building a battery manufacturing facility in Bridgwater, Somerset.
What you'll bring...
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in IT program or project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), PLM platforms (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Polarion), and MES/MOM solutions (e.g., AVEVA, Siemens OpCenter).
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components supporting manufacturing operations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
