What you will do...

 

As a Project Lead within our PMO, you will drive strategic initiatives that enable the development and scaling of the Engineering Quality organisation. You will lead the planning, execution, and governance of cross‑functional quality programmes—ensuring projects are delivered to standard, aligned with business objectives, and support Agratas’ rapid growth.

You will act as the bridge between strategy and execution, coordinating Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and leadership teams to embed quality processes, implement change, and strengthen proactive concern and risk management across the organisation.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Engineering Quality projects, defining scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables in alignment with PMO governance.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to establish and scale Quality capabilities.
  • Support the development and rollout of Engineering Quality processes, tools, and governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Drive structured change management activities, including impact assessments, communication plans, and adoption roadmaps.
  • Support proactive risk and concern management by identifying issues, tracking actions, driving mitigation, and maintaining clear visibility for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate governance routines—gateways, milestone reviews, readiness checks—and ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and compliance.
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO tools, templates, and methods in a scaling startup environment.

What you'll bring...

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in project or programme management, quality, or engineering within manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Proven experience operating within or alongside a PMO function.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, change management, and structured problem‑solving methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross‑functional initiatives in fast‑paced, ambiguous, or startup settings.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related discipline.
  • Experience within battery, automotive, energy, semiconductor, or regulated manufacturing sectors.
  • Familiarity with engineering quality systems and product development lifecycles.
  • Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent).
  • Experience helping build or scale new functions, processes, or organisational structures.
