The Opportunity
Are you a strategic HR leader passionate about driving transformation in dynamic, tech-driven environments?
Agratas is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner – Tech and Corporate to join our UK HR Business Partnering function. This critical role partners with senior leaders across our technology and UK corporate functions, aligning people strategies to business goals and building high-performing, engaged, and inclusive teams.
You’ll be at the heart of shaping organisational capability and fostering a culture that supports innovation, growth, and performance.
Key Responsibility Areas
Strategic Business Partnership

Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders to deliver aligned people strategies.

Guide managers across the full employee lifecycle—from hiring and retention to development and exits.

Lead and support change, performance, and talent strategies.
Employee Engagement & Culture
-
Oversee onboarding and offboarding with a focus on excellence and consistency.

Promote Agratas’ values and behavioural framework, ensuring cultural alignment.

Drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and wellbeing.

Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at every level.
Talent Development & Succession Planning

Partner with leaders and the Talent team to identify and nurture high-potential talent.

Lead succession planning to futureproof our leadership pipeline.

Drive organisation design, change and workforce planning initiatives.
HR Operations & Data

Act as custodian of UK employee data, ensuring GDPR compliance and accuracy.

Provide insights through dashboards, data analysis, and reporting to inform decisions.

Lead or contribute to HRIS implementations and training.
Policy & Best Practice

Ensure all HR practices are legally compliant, people-centric, and aligned with our values.

Keep ahead of legislative changes and evolving HR trends.

Support the development of forward-looking people policies.
Job Context
Essential Skills & Experience

Proven HR business partnering experience in complex, technology-led environments.

Strong strategic and operational HR experience across the full employee lifecycle.

Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Expertise in performance management, talent development, engagement and change.

Strong understanding of HR compliance, employee relations and risk management.

Exceptional communication and leadership coaching skills.
Qualifications

University degree in HR, Organisation Development or a related field.

CIPD membership (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
