As a Senior Requirements Engineer – LFP, you will play a pivotal role in transforming stakeholder needs into precise, engineering‑ready specifications that guide the development of robust, commercially competitive LFP cell products.
This team acts as the strategic bridge between concept and validated product, ensuring clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution throughout the development lifecycle. Your work will shape the foundation on which our products are designed, tested, and industrialised.

Key Responsibility Areas


•     Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, structure, and refine Product Requirements across Agratas’ LFP portfolio.
•     Translate high‑level, abstract, or evolving requirements into detailed, actionable, engineering‑ready specifications.
•     Maintain accurate, comprehensive documentation to support regulatory compliance, lifecycle tracking, and internal governance.
•     Finalise and release Product Requirements into the business for downstream activities, including DFMEA development.
•     Monitor requirement status throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring visibility of progress, deviations, risks, and changes.
•     Identify gaps, emerging risks, or shifting expectations and address them through proactive, clear communication.
•     Resolve ambiguity by engaging stakeholders, clarifying technical and commercial details, and ensuring alignment across teams

Job Context

Knowledge, Skills & Experience


Essential
•     Practical knowledge of lithium‑ion cells and their applications across multiple industries.
•     Experience managing requirements and working with PLM tools in complex engineering or manufacturing environments.
•     Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear documentation and effective cross‑functional collaboration.

Desired
•     Experience in a technical role within a battery manufacturer or related industry.
•     Hands‑on understanding of lithium‑ion cell design principles, architecture, and performance characteristics.

 

Qualifications
•     Degree in Engineering or a related Science discipline.
