Job Summary
We’re looking for someone who’s great with data, comfortable working across systems, and can help us keep things running smoothly as we roll out multiple HR platforms globally. This role is all about making sure employee data moves accurately and securely between systems like SuccessFactors, SAP, Concur, Zellis, and others—especially while integrations are still being built.
You’ll be hands-on with data migrations, working with system-specific templates, doing validations, and helping us stay compliant. This report will support HR and other teams in making better decisions.
Since we’re a global team, you’ll be working with colleagues across countries and time zones, so being able to collaborate well and communicate clearly is key. If you’re someone who enjoys structure but can also adapt when things shift, and you like solving data challenges, this could be a great fit.

- Share data with other teams securely and on time.
- Build and update simple dashboards and reports.
- Follow data privacy rules (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Work with HR teams across different countries
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential:
- 2+ years of experience in HR data or HR systems.
- Good Excel skills: experience with HR tools like SuccessFactors is a plus
- Basic transformation of data on MS Excel
- Experience working on data templates of systems for Importing and maintaining data
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good English communication skills – Written and Spoken
- Understanding of global data privacy rules.
Desired:
- Basic knowledge of SQL or automation tools.
- Experience in a global or multicultural environment.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
