The Opportunity
Agratas is powering the future of energy storage — and we're inviting a dedicated and skilled Facility Electrode Technician to join our Cell Prototyping Facility at the R&D Centre. This is a hands-on role central to the production of battery electrodes, with a strong focus on safety, precision, and collaboration.
If you have experience in battery electrode manufacturing, particularly in dryroom environments, and are ready to contribute to cutting-edge energy solutions, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibility Areas

Electrode Manufacturing: Operate and support processes such as slurry mixing, slot die coating, and inline quality control. Ensure adherence to all safety standards and contribute to ongoing facility improvements.

Operational Support: Work closely with project management to coordinate and schedule electrode builds across multiple projects.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records for full traceability and support scientists with data extraction and interpretation. Clearly report process details back to technical teams.

Equipment Management: Ensure all equipment is properly calibrated and maintained. Manage critical spares and maintain relationships with equipment vendors to stay updated on market trends and innovations.

About You
You’re meticulous, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering high-quality results in a technical environment. You're comfortable working in a dryroom and excited by the challenge of supporting R&D-scale innovation.
Your Experience Includes:

1–5 years of experience in battery electrode manufacturing or a similar technical setting

Familiarity with mixing, coating, and quality testing equipment used in electrode production

Confidence following SOPs and performing script-based test setups

Practical knowledge of 5S and Good Lab Practice (GLP) in laboratory settings

Strong communication skills and attention to documentation and traceability
