The Opportunity


In this role, you’ll design and deliver initiatives that elevate the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between. You’ll be a champion of engagement, wellbeing, culture, and communication, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our values and strengthens our community.


This is a hands‑on, collaborative role where creativity meets strategy. You’ll partner closely with HRBPs, leaders, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Communications to build an employee experience that truly sets Agratas apart.

Key Responsibility Areas


Employee Engagement
•     Develop and deliver an annual engagement plan aligned with Agratas values and business priorities.
•     Contribute to Employee Engagement Forums and identify opportunities to enhance engagement through HR initiatives.
•     Partner with HRBPs and leaders to support business‑level engagement action plans and track progress.
•     Curate and promote initiatives that strengthen collaboration, recognition, inclusion, and community.

Employee Experience
•     Drive and continuously improve the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, redeployment, wellbeing, performance, and offboarding.
•     Review and enhance employee touchpoints to ensure a seamless, people‑centric experience.
•     Collaborate across HR and Communications to ensure consistency and quality in all employee interactions.

Culture Development
•     Promote Agratas Values and Behavioural Framework, role‑modelling expected behaviours and addressing misalignment where needed.
•     Support the design and delivery of cultural programmes focused on values, behaviours, inclusion, and belonging.
•     Lead wellbeing initiatives and campaigns that support physical, mental, and emotional health.
•     Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Data, Insights & Reporting
•     Analyse engagement data and employee feedback to identify themes, opportunities, and risks.
•     Provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders.
•     Track KPIs related to engagement, onboarding, wellbeing, and employee experience outcomes.

Job Context

Knowledge, Skills & Experience


Essential
•     Experience in employee engagement, HR, communications, culture, or related roles.
•     Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate initiatives.
•     Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
•     Proven ability to collect, interpret, and present data meaningfully.
•     Strong collaboration and stakeholder‑influencing skills.
•     Creative, proactive, and passionate about improving the employee experience.
•     Experience working in technology‑based industries.

 

Qualifications


•     University degree in HR, Organisation Development, or equivalent professional experience.
•     CIPD membership (or equivalent) desirable but not essential.
