Purpose of the Role
The Quality Technician ensures product quality throughout the battery manufacturing process by performing inspections, measurements, and data logging at critical process steps (mixing, coating, calendaring, slitting, assembly, formation). Working directly on the prototyping line, this role maintains product conformity, prevents defects from progressing downstream, and provides immediate feedback to operators and engineers.
