Help shape the Strategic Direction of a Global Battery Technology Leader
Agratas is building one of the world’s most advanced and sustainable battery technology organisations. As we continue to scale at pace, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the Programme Management team and work closely with the Technology leadership team. Key Responsibility Areas
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring clarity, alignment and progress across the Technology function.
Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Coordination & Leadership Support
• Work closely with the Head of Programme Management and Technology leadership team to coordinate activities, priorities and communication across functions.
• Compile, structure and prepare materials that support top‑level decision‑making within the CTO Office and wider company leadership.
• Ensure strategic initiatives progress smoothly by enabling alignment, visibility and timely information flow.
Cross‑Functional Communication & Relationship Management
• Act as a key connector across the Technology function, building strong internal relationships and ensuring seamless communication between teams.
• Manage internal contacts and stakeholder interactions, ensuring information is accurate, timely and actionable.
Strategic Process Facilitation
• Support the deployment of strategic processes across the Technology cluster.
• Coordinate, design and run workshops that help teams align on priorities, solve problems and drive strategic outcomes.
• Develop comprehensive materials that support strategic planning, execution and follow‑through.
Operational Enablement
• Provide structure, organisation and clarity across multiple workstreams.
• Prioritise tasks, solve practical challenges and ensure smooth day‑to‑day progress.
• Adapt responsibilities over time as you grow your competence, network and influence within the organisation.
Job Context

Education & Experience
• A technical MSc degree (or higher) in engineering, science or a related field.
• Relevant experience in a technology‑driven organisation, ideally with an established internal network.
