As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for a Strategy & Business Coordinator to join our Technology function and play a pivotal role in driving alignment, clarity, and strategic execution across the organisation.

Key Responsibility Areas

What You’ll Do


In this role, you will become a central connector within the Technology function, helping to coordinate, communicate, and steer strategic initiatives across teams.


Your key responsibilities include:


•     Supporting the Technology Management Team: Work closely with senior leaders to coordinate activities, streamline communication, and ensure alignment across functions.
•     Driving Strategic Processes: Facilitate the development, deployment, and follow‑through of strategic initiatives within the Technology cluster.
•     Workshop & Meeting Facilitation: Plan, organise, and run workshops that help shape direction, solve problems, and build shared understanding.
•     Decision‑Making Support: Compile, structure, and prepare high‑quality materials that enable informed decision‑making at the highest levels of the organisation.
•     Internal Relationship Management: Build strong internal networks and maintain effective relationships across teams to ensure smooth information flow.
•     Evolving Responsibilities: As you grow in the role, you’ll take on broader strategic responsibilities, shaping how the Technology function operates and evolves.

•     A technical MSc degree or higher, with relevant experience in a technology‑driven environment.
